Invoice Terms

Ushmid Technologies Invoice Terms and Conditions 

1. Payment Terms
   • All invoices are payable from the date of invoice generation up to 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   • For domain names and hosting services, due dates must be strictly adhered to in order to avoid the loss of domain or web content.
   • Late payments will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
2. Currency and Conversion
   • Invoices are issued in USD. For clients in Ghana, equivalent amounts in GHS (Ghanaian Cedi) will be calculated based on the current exchange rate at the time of invoice issuance.
3. Methods of Payment
   • Payments can be made via any of our payment options at https://ushmid.com/oldwp/payment (MOMO, VISA, MASTERCARD, etc.).
   • Bank details and payment instructions will be provided on the invoice.
4. Service Delivery
   • Services will be delivered as outlined in the project scope. Any additional services requested will be subject to separate billing.
   • Ushmid Technologies reserves the right to withhold services if the payment terms are not met.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
   • Refunds are not available for completed services. If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment for all completed work up to the point of cancellation.
   • Any advance payments made are non-refundable.
6. Disputes and Resolutions
   • Any disputes regarding the invoice must be raised within 7 days of receipt. After this period, the invoice will be considered accurate and binding.
   • Disputes will be resolved amicably through discussion and negotiation. If unresolved, legal action may be pursued in the jurisdiction of Ghana.
7. Confidentiality
   • Ushmid Technologies agrees to keep all client information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.
8. Liability
   • Ushmid Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
   • Our liability for any claim arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
9. Amendments
   • These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before their next invoice.
10. Acceptance

• By accepting the invoice, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
