Ushmid Technologies Invoice Terms and Conditions
- Payment Terms
- All invoices are payable from the date of invoice generation up to 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- For domain names and hosting services, due dates must be strictly adhered to in order to avoid the loss of domain or web content.
- Late payments will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- Currency and Conversion
- Invoices are issued in USD. For clients in Ghana, equivalent amounts in GHS (Ghanaian Cedi) will be calculated based on the current exchange rate at the time of invoice issuance.
- Methods of Payment
- Payments can be made via any of our payment options at https://ushmid.com/oldwp/payment (MOMO, VISA, MASTERCARD, etc.).
- Bank details and payment instructions will be provided on the invoice.
- Service Delivery
- Services will be delivered as outlined in the project scope. Any additional services requested will be subject to separate billing.
- Ushmid Technologies reserves the right to withhold services if the payment terms are not met.
- Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds are not available for completed services. If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment for all completed work up to the point of cancellation.
- Any advance payments made are non-refundable.
- Disputes and Resolutions
- Any disputes regarding the invoice must be raised within 7 days of receipt. After this period, the invoice will be considered accurate and binding.
- Disputes will be resolved amicably through discussion and negotiation. If unresolved, legal action may be pursued in the jurisdiction of Ghana.
- Confidentiality
- Ushmid Technologies agrees to keep all client information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.
- Liability
- Ushmid Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
- Our liability for any claim arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
- Amendments
- These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before their next invoice.
- Acceptance
- By accepting the invoice, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
